The Owner, CEO or President is the classic “Executive”. But almost every manager is also an executive, just the scope is different. If you are in charge of a group of people with a distinct budget and measurable deliverables to end customers, or some other functional group in the organization, you are an Executive.
How Does Coaching Work?
Our business coaching is an ongoing structured conversation about your business. Your coach is always probing your thinking about the problems and opportunities facing you. A key objective of this conversation is developing a deeper understanding and clearer statement of the business situation and the strategies to build the organization’s performance. The business coach strikes a balance between helping you to think one and three years out and reaching a clear set of tasks that need action in the next days and weeks to drive you towards those longer-term objectives.
As required, your coach may introduce new approaches and methods for you to apply to your business. Once of the most common of these is improved financial management techniques. Without a clear numbers driven view of your business sustainable success is unlikely. Other approaches that are commonly developed fall into marketing, sales, operations, and human resources management.
Some executives find weekly sessions a must. For others, a bi-weekly schedule meets their needs. And, some executives modulate back and forth depending on the problems and opportunities. You work with us as long as you require with no fixed term.
Sized To Meet Your Time Requirements
We work in brief working sessions with you. These sessions are intense, focused, and produce results. We offer telephone based coaching as well as traditional face-to-face meetings and a combination of the two. We also offer video conferencing.

Our work over the last two years coaching via the telephone has persuaded us that we can be successful in delivering the value our clients want. With a regular schedule of 45 to 60 minute teleconferences our clients are finding that they can make significant progress and keep on target.
